A New Roof + Solar Installation is a combined project where UTICA® replaces your ageing roof and installs a new solar PV system at the same time. This ensures the roof structure, waterproofing, metal finishing and solar mounting are aligned for decades of performance in Singapore's tropical climate.

This is the ideal solution for homeowners whose roofs are approaching end-of-life, undergoing A&A works, converting from clay/tile to metal, or building a new home where solar-ready infrastructure is essential.

Roof + Solar Types

  • Metal Flat-Seam Roof (Solar-Integrated / BIPV)
    A flush, seamless integration where premium monocrystalline modules are installed directly onto a flat-seam metal roof. Lifespan typically 40 - 70+ years with high corrosion resistance and stable performance in hot, humid climates. Clean architectural lines with no visible rails or bulky frames.
  • Architectural Standing-Seam Roof
    Uses non-penetrative seam clamps with structural aluminium rails (AA6063-T6) and stainless-steel fasteners (SS304 / SS316). Ensures waterproofing is not compromised while supporting landscape/portrait orientation with engineered airflow below the modules.
